I n the big city is the ultimate trick for quality time To do things exactly when nobody else does them. For example: a nice picnic with a nice person on a weekday in one of the most beautiful parks in Hamburg. Because one can spontaneously feel as if one (at least) the park is all alone. Except for a few scattered dog owners and their darlings, there is no human being. None. It's incredible. In the middle of a city of millions you can enjoy an oasis of peace and solitude. What an unexpected luxury! If you have a few delicious little things and one or two cool bottles of pink blubber in your - stylish - luggage, the day is simply perfect. Relaxing in the sun, letting your gaze wander into the green and every now and then enjoy a little snack and sip ... great!
With Conny von Soul flattery, I let my soul dangle last week in the Hamburg Jenisch Park , Prince von Metternich gave us this quality time and the corresponding summer drinking companion. We each made some delicious surprises and then enjoyed the day together to the fullest.
I had spicy Masalla mince skewers, mini galettes with me Spinach and feta, beetroot hummus and green bulgur salad with pomegranate. Delicious recipes that bring a lot of flavor and flavor and can be prepared at home without much effort. The cool Prince von Metternich's Rosé Sekt - a bright copper-colored cuvée made from brightly-spiced Pinot Noir wines with hints of wild berry, mandarin and pear - goes perfectly well with this. Below, of course, there are my recipes for cooking. And if you want to see Conny's English-inspired picnic ideas (which, by the way, were amazingly delicious), you should take a look at Soul Flattering (which, by the way, is always very worthwhile).
